Manpower is recruiting for a Passenger Assistant to support customers at Preston Train Station. This is a busy, customer-facing role where you'll be providing assistance, guidance and reassurance to passengers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service throughout their journey.
\nThe role primarily involves supporting customers who have pre-booked passenger assistance services, helping them navigate the station and ensuring they reach their destination safely and comfortably. You will also be expected to assist any other passengers who require support, information or guidance whilst onsite.
