Design Engineer
Location: Trafford
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Design Engineer to join 2CRSi, an innovative and rapidly expanding engineering business based in Trafford.
Following a significant increase in workload, the company is entering an exciting phase of growth and will soon be relocating to a larger facility to support continued expansion. With a close-knit team of around 18 employees, this role offers the opportunity to make a genuine impact within a collaborative environment where your ideas and contributions will be recognised.
The successful candidate will be involved in the design and development of engineering solutions, producing detailed CAD models and technical documentation to support manufacturing and assembly processes.
Key Responsibilities
? Produce accurate 3D models and 2D engineering drawings using Solid Edge and SolidWorks.
? Create and maintain design documentation and technical drawings.
? Develop new and modify existing product designs.
? Produce assembly drawings and follow assembly requirements throughout the design process.
? Support manufacturing by ensuring designs are practical, accurate and fit for purpose.
