Lowline are looking for a commercially minded, highly
organised Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of marketing
activity across the Lowline’s venues and bars division, including the iconic Flat Iron Square, one of London’s most dynamic
hospitality destinations. Sitting within the Brand & Marketing team and
reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, this role is responsible for
delivering integrated campaigns, driving venue awareness, optimising customer
experience and supporting measurable commercial growth across events, food and
drink.
This role combines strategic planning with hands-on
delivery, requiring someone who is equally comfortable developing marketing
calendars and overseeing campaigns as they are managing content shoots,
coordinating partnerships, and optimising digital channels.
You’ll bring strong hospitality marketing experience, a
sharp understanding of audience behaviour, and a genuine passion for London’s
food, drink, and cultural scene.
Working closely with venue operations, external creatives,
partners, and suppliers, you’ll ensure that all marketing activity reflects the
energy and experience of the venues while supporting wider business goals.
What You’ll Do - Lead the delivery of the marketing calendar,
campaigns and seasonal activity across the venue to drive footfall and brand
awareness - Lead social media strategy, planning, and
content creation - Manage content shoots, calendars and creative
direction - Support and deliver campaigns, launches, and key
events - Coordinate PR activity, influencer partnerships,
and brand collaborations - Oversee marketing materials and ensure brand
consistency across all touchpoints - Work closely with operations teams to bring
ideas to life seamlessly - Manage CRM, guest communications, and digital
platforms - Track performance and translate insights into
clear, actionable improvements - Provide
support across the wider portfolio when required
Experience & Skills
- 4 + years of marketing experience within
hospitality, food & drink, lifestyle or events - Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing
across digital, social, CRM, partnerships, and events - Experience managing social media platforms and
content production workflows - Excellent
organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage
multiple priorities simultaneously - Strong copywriting and communication skills with
an eye for detail and tone of voice - Commercially aware, with the ability to
interpret campaign performance and audience data - Confident collaborating with designers,
creators, agencies, and venue teams - Experience
working within fast-paced hospitality or live-event environment - A love of live sport is desirable
