Job Title: Art and Design Teacher Location: Lincoln Salary: £175-£255 (MPS/UPS, dependent on experience) Job Type: Maternity Cover Start Date: New Term Start We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, creative, and committed Teacher of Art & Design to join a successful and supportive department in the new academic year. This is an exciting opportunity for an inspiring teacher who is passionate about developing students' creativity, confidence, and artistic skills across Key Stages 3 and 4. Whether you are an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT), we welcome applications from individuals who are dedicated to delivering engaging and high-quality lessons that inspire a lifelong appreciation of art and design. The Role The successful candidate will: Deliver engaging and challenging Art & Design lessons across KS3 and KS4. Plan and deliver a broad, creative curriculum that enables all students to achieve their potential. Inspire students through a range of artistic disciplines, techniques, and media. Assess, monitor, and support student progress using effective feedback and assessment strategies. Contribute to the wider life of the department through enrichment activities, exhibitions, and educational visits.
