HR Manager
Location: North Yorkshire (Site-Based)
Salary: £45,000 per annum
The Opportunity
Our client is a well-established manufacturing business in North Yorkshire, employing around 70 people as part of a wider international group. They are looking to appoint an experienced HR Manager to take ownership of the site's HR function.
This is a hands-on generalist role, offering the opportunity to work closely with the leadership team, support managers across the full employee lifecycle, and drive best practice in people management. It's an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys operating in a visible, operational environment where they can make a genuine impact.
