Maintenance Operative
Location: St Mellion Estate Saltash Cornwall
Full Time
We are looking for a maintenance assistant who will perform general maintenance repairs/duties both inside and outside of the hotel building and cottages. You will be required to show that you have practical skills and knowledge in trades such as general maintenance repairs building repairs painting and decorating and minor carpentry plumbing and electrical work. The role requires good knowledge of all round DIY and we are looking for someone who is able to use their own initiative as well as working as part of a team whilst being responsible for their own health and safety as well as the guests.
