As we continue to shape the future of one of the worlds most iconic luxury brands were looking for a Senior Finance Analyst to join our Vehicle Life Cycle Finance team and play a key role in supporting our Engineering function.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys partnering with stakeholders influencing decision-making and translating complex financial information into meaningful insight. Youll work at the centre of engineering investment and product development activity helping ensure that financial performance governance and strategic priorities remain aligned as we deliver future vehicle programmes.
Working closely with colleagues across Engineering Finance HR Procurement and Programme teams youll take ownership of key financial processes including forecasting budgeting month-end reporting and CAPEX management. Your role will help provide the transparency control and commercial understanding needed to support both day-to-day operations and long-term business planning.
This is a highly visible position that requires both technical financial expertise and strong business partnering skills. Youll lead reporting and forecasting activities provide financial insight to support decision-making and ensure robust governance across engineering investment and expenditure. Youll also support and guide Finance Analysts through month-end activities while driving continuous improvements in reporting controls and processes.
Were looking for someone who enjoys building relationships challenging constructively and finding practical solutions to complex business questions. Youll be comfortable working with senior stakeholders managing competing priorities and communicating financial information in a way that supports confident decision-making across the organisation.
Youll likely bring experience from a finance business partnering financial planning or commercial finance environment along with a recognised finance qualification such as ACCA or CIMA or equivalent professional experience. Strong analytical skills advanced Excel capability and a proactive approach to problem-solving will be key to success in this role.
While automotive experience is not essential experience working within a project-based or engineering-led environment would be advantageous as would exposure to ERP systems and large-scale business planning processes.
