Working in one of Londons most prestigious residential garden squares this role will allow you to have daily interactions with some of our key high-profile customers and really own these relationships on a daily basis. This is an active customer-facing concierge position that involves standing outside our residential units in Eaton Square so you would need to be comfortable being on your feet all day.
You will put the customer at the heart of all you do and will enjoy the direct exposure and interactions with our customers within the allocated portfolio building trust and prioritising tasks which you will see through to a resolution.
