Our client is a well-established, fast-growing MSP delivering IT managed services, infrastructure support, and cloud solutions to a varied client base across the UK. They're looking for an IT Field Engineer to join their team on a fixed-term contract basis, with a strong likelihood of moving to a permanent position after 3 months for the right person.
The role
This is a hands-on, varied role covering both field-based and remote support. You'll be out on-site across the UK handling installations, troubleshooting, and infrastructure work, then dropping into the service desk to pick up escalated tickets when you're not travelling. You'll also get involved in project work - migrations, deployments, upgrades, and office moves - working alongside senior engineers rather than just being handed a checklist.
Responsibilities

* Picking up 1st/2nd line support via phone, email and ticketing when off-site
