Job description
As an HR Officer, you will join a team of four HR professionals in a fast‑growing group working in a demanding environment. Your role will cover: Key Responsibilities * Handle day‑to‑day HR admin (contracts, health insurance, medical check‑ups, terminations, etc.). * Help onboard new employees. * Be the go‑to person for all HR questions from the operations teams you support. * Guide and support managers on disciplinary issues. * Help restaurant managers recruit staff for your locations. * Roll out HR processes across all areas. * Take part in internal communication and employee well‑being projects. * Set up and run training programmes. * Support career growth and talent management in your brasseries. * You liaise with the HR office in Paris. This list is not set in stone — you will also have the chance to get involved in other HR projects if you wish. We’re Looking For Experience & Qualities Speaking French is a real asset. * Previous experience in a generalist HR role, ideally in restaurants or hospitality. * Attention to detail and good organisation. * Curious, hands‑on, and proactive. * Good at spotting problems and finding solutions quickly. * Keen to learn and happy to share knowledge. * A team player.
