Occupational Health Advisor Salary:£42,000 - £45,000 depending on experience (FTE) Location: Bedworth Job type: Full/part time - Hybrid The Role As an Occupational Health Advisor, youll play a vital role in supporting the health and wellbeing of employees, making a positive difference every day. What Youll Be Doing In this varied role, youll manage a diverse caseload, with a primary focus on sickness absence management. Your responsibilities will include conducting occupational health consultations, assessing employee fitness for work, and producing high-quality management reports and recommendations. No two days are the same, offering you the opportunity to work across a wide range of cases. Your professional development is important to us, and youll receive ongoing support from experienced clinical trainers and your line manager to help you grow and achieve your full potential. Qualifications: * Registered Nurse with current NMC registration. * Postgraduate qualification in Occupational Health is desirable. * Degree-level education. * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. * Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
