The Role
Lead the site's Safety, Health and Environmental strategy, ensuring compliance with UK legislation, company standards and corporate policies.
Develop, implement and continuously improve SHE management systems, procedures and performance standards.
Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on all SHE matters, including operational risk assessments, incident investigations and legislative compliance.
