Are you passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of young people?
We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Youth Engagement Officer to join our Jobs Growth Wales+ team, covering Abergavenny, Abertillery and Blackwood. You'll play a vital role in engaging young people aged 1619 who are not currently in education, employment or training (NEET), supporting them to access life-changing opportunities through our programmes.
About the RoleWorking within your local communities, you'll build strong partnerships with schools, youth organisations, charities, local authorities and community groups to identify and engage potential learners.
Using your networking, relationship-building and communication skills, you'll promote the benefits of the Jobs Growth Wales+ programme, generating learner referrals through outreach activities, presentations, events and community engagement.
