An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical Engineering Lecturer to join our team delivering the renowned Ford Engineering Apprenticeship Programme at our state-of-the-art training centre in Basildon, Essex.
This role will involve delivering innovative classroom and workshop-based training to high-calibre engineering apprentices undertaking their Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship Programme. You will play a vital role in developing the next generation of engineering professionals through engaging and inspiring teaching, coaching and mentoring.
The RoleAs a Mechanical Engineering Lecturer, you will be responsible for the planning, delivery, assessment and progression of apprentices undertaking programmes in Advanced Manufacturing Engineering.
You will deliver a combination of theoretical and practical training, supporting learners through both EAL and BTEC qualifications, whilst ensuring apprentices achieve the high standards expected within the Ford Engineering Apprenticeship Programme.
