Teaching Personnel is seeking caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to support primary schools across Launceston and the surrounding Cornwall area.

The Role
- Supporting pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
- Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery
- Helping children build confidence and achieve their learning goals
- Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement
- Supporting pupils with additional learning needs where required

We Are Looking For
- Previous experience working with children (school-based experience is desirable but not essential)
- A positive, patient and proactive attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Flexible Supply
Salary: £90–£105 per day (dependent on experience)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
