Warehouse Administrator – Runcorn\n

Location: Runcorn\n
Pay: £13.33–£16.07 per hour, including shift allowances\n
Contract: Temporary until November\n
Shifts: Fixed shift patterns available\n

\n Exchange People are currently recruiting experienced Warehouse Administrators to join a busy manufacturing and distribution site in Runcorn. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong administration skills, good attention to detail, and previous experience working in a warehouse, logistics, production, or manufacturing environment.\n
\n
Available shift patterns:\n
\n
    \n
  • Monday to Friday, 6am–2pm – £13.33 per hour
    • \n
  • Monday to Friday, 2pm–10pm – £15.41 per hour
    • \n
  • Sunday to Thursday, 10pm–6am – £16.07 per hour
    • \n
  • Weekend availability may be required during peak periods, paid at £20+ per hour
    • \n
Key responsibilities:\n
\n
    \n
  • Keeping computer-based records accurate and up to date
    • \n
  • Processing paperwork and supporting general warehouse administration
    • \n
  • Assisting group leaders with daily shift duties
    • \n
  • Communicating clearly with operational teams to help maintain smooth workflow
    • \n
What we’re looking for:\n
\n
    \n
  • Previous administration experience within a warehouse, logistics, production, or manufacturing environment
    • \n
  • Strong computer skills and confidence using systems to update records
    • \n
  • Good attention to detail and the ability to work accurately to deadlines
    • \n
  • SAP experience is desirable; SAP EWM experience would be an advantage
    • \n
  • A flexible approach, including availability for weekend work during peak periods when required
    • \n
