The caseloads are varied and will keep you challenged and interested every day! These include GP Claims NHS Claims birth Claims misdiagnosis pregnancy claims etc
With several highly renowned partners the firm is in demand and there is an opportunity for an ambitious medical expert to have an interesting and rewarding 6-month contract which may well get extended or move to a permanent role.
Requirements
The medical negligence work includes:
Medical negligence.
Misdiagnosis
Psychiatric illnesses
Instructing counsel and experts
Communicating with the Defendants.
Gather and compile evidence
Asist in identifying any legal issues
Schedule losses and review statements and particulars
Assist the partner with ad hoc work for the department
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious medical negligence solicitor with 2 5 years of relevant experience to move into a busy warm desk with lots of business and opportunity and further training.
