Whether you're seeking entry-level employment or a new opportunity to expand your profession, we offer training to develop the technical and managerial skills necessary to enhance your career *Key duties...* * Prepare and serve all coffee and tea beverages to a consistently high standard, including espresso-based drinks, pour-overs, and non-dairy alternatives. * Ensure coffee machinery is properly maintained, cleaned, and calibrated daily to guarantee product quality. * Engage with members in a friendly, professional, and attentive manner, taking time to learn individual preferences and deliver personalised service. * Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the barista station and service area in line with hygiene and health safety standards. * Monitor stock levels of coffee, milk, and related supplies, and communicate with management for timely ordering and replenishment. * Work closely with the wider FB team to ensure a smooth flow of service, especially during busy periods. * Accurately process orders and payments using the POS system. * Contribute ideas for seasonal drinks, coffee tastings, or member experiences. * Support food and drink presentation, including breakfast and light snacks where applicable. * Encourage a positive, inclusive, and respectful workout atmosphere *What we are looking for...* A successful Barista for Soho House will ideally have up to 2 years' experience in a busy high-profile venue and a natural flair for first class service.
