A secondary school in Harrow is looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs across the school. This is a good fit for someone who can support pupils without needing constant direction. This is a long-term role starting in September 2026 with strong potential to continue across the academic year. This role is ideal for someone who can support learning manage pupil relationships professionally and help students access the classroom without adding pressure to teachers. What the role involves: - Supporting pupils with SEN EHCPs ASD or SEMH needs - Working across lessons with teachers and support staff - Helping pupils stay focused and regulated - Providing consistent classroom and small group support What they are looking for: - School-based support experience or strong transferable experience - A calm mature and reliable approach - Confidence supporting secondary-aged pupils - Someone who can follow direction but also use initiative Pay: 90 - 110 per day Location: Harrow (HA1 1BD) Start date: September 2026 Apply now if you are securing a long-term September role.
