You’ll be the essential cog in our purchasing machine, ensuring everything flows seamlessly from supplier to customer. What you’ll be doing (the nitty-gritty): Supplier Superstar: You'll be the go-to person for our suppliers, managing deliveries, resolving issues (no leaks allowed!), and building Customer Purchase Orders (CPOs). Inventory Maestro: Keep our stock levels in tip-top condition! Update ETAs, chase suppliers for crucial information, and resolve any discrepancies with the grace of a seasoned plumber. Order Oracle: You'll ensure customer orders are fulfilled promptly, using dispatch notifications, emails, and supplier confirmations. Financial Fixer: Support our accounts team by tackling invoice errors and credit queries. You’ll be the sealant that keeps our finances watertight. Communication Champion: Be the friendly voice and helpful email responder for our Customer Service, Trade, and Resolutions teams. You’ll be the plumb line for information! Problem Solver Extraordinaire: You’ll tackle delivery errors and keep our reports as clean as a freshly scrubbed bathtub. What you’ll bring to the bathroom (sorry, the team!): Proficiency with in-house systems (we’ll teach you the ropes!). Exceptional written and verbal communication skills – you’ll be able to tap into your inner communicator! Superb organisational and time management skills – you’ll manage your workload like a pro. A proactive attitude and the ability to work efficiently – you’ll be a real faucet of initiative. The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines – you’ll stay cool as a cold tap . Excellent literacy skills – you’ll write emails that are as clear as crystal-clear water. Strong problem-solving abilities – you’ll fix issues before they become a drain on our resources.
