SourceCo Recruitment are seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager to join a leading time-critical logistics business based near Birmingham Airport.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established organisation specialising in European logistics and supply chain solutions. You'll play a key role in leading the UK Customs & Brokerage operation, driving operational excellence, ensuring compliance, developing high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional customer service across a fast-paced 24/7 operation.
The Role:
As the Operations Manager Customs & Brokerage, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of customs, brokerage, transit and non-transport operations across the UK. You'll lead operational performance, ensure compliance with UK customs legislation, develop your team, and drive continuous improvement while building strong relationships with customers, partners and internal stakeholders.
Salary:
Up to £60,000 per annum
Car Allowance of up to £6,000 per annum

Monday to Friday
