This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated care professional to step into a senior leadership position where you will help shape high-quality, person-centred care across two established residential homes.

You will work closely with the Registered Manager to provide visible, compassionate leadership, ensuring consistency, strong team support, and outstanding outcomes for residents across both services.

This post is fixed term for 12 months.

Hours: 39 per week (includes weekends, evenings and on-call duties with TOIL)

About the Service

This role provides operational leadership across two residential care homes located on our Betty and Asher Loftus Campus, with responsibility for a combined total of over 100 residents. The homes provide high-quality residential and dementia care within a supportive, person-centred environment, promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing.

Working across both services, the Deputy Manager will play a key role in ensuring consistent standards of care, supporting and developing teams, embedding best practice, and driving continuous improvement. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a collaborative campus approach, fostering shared learning and delivering outstanding outcomes for residents, families and colleagues.

You will provide visible leadership across both homes, support teams on a day-to-day basis, and deputise for the Registered Manager when required.

The role is central to ensuring residents experience safe, personalised and high-quality care, and that teams are well supported, developed and empowered.
