This is an exciting opportunity to join established Housing Management teams, delivering high-quality tenancy and estate management services that support residents and create safe, sustainable communities.
You will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of properties, building positive relationships with tenants, ensuring tenancy compliance, resolving housing issues and delivering excellent customer service.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day tenancy and estate management of a designated patch.
Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, leaseholders and residents.
Conduct tenancy sign-ups and ensure new tenants understand their tenancy rights and responsibilities.
Manage the rehousing process in partnership with Property Services and Void Teams.
Carry out tenancy verification checks and investigate unlawful occupation or tenancy fraud.
Conduct regular estate and property inspections to maintain high neighbourhood standards.
