Regional Manager - Senior Healthcare

Hours: 40 hours per week, predominantly Monday to Friday with occasional site visits as required
Salary: Up to £50,000 + Company Vehicle
We're looking for a commercially driven Regional Manager to manage a multi-site, multi-service portfolio across Kent and the South Coast in our Senior Living contract.
This is a high-impact role where you'll lead from the front - developing teams, building strong client relationships, and delivering outstanding service standards across a diverse operational environment.
