Merchandiser - Customer & Supply chain

We're recruiting for an experienced Merchandiser to join a well-established, growing business where you'll play a key role in ensuring customer orders run smoothly from placement through to delivery.
This is far more than an administration role. You'll be the link between customers, suppliers, sales, imports and the warehouse, keeping everyone informed, managing expectations and making sure contracts progress exactly as they should.
If you're someone who enjoys spinning lots of plates, solving problems before they become problems and takes real pride in delivering exceptional customer service, you'll fit right in.
What you'll be doing
You'll take ownership of customer contracts from the moment an order is received, ensuring every stage is managed accurately, efficiently and professionally.
