Job description

As a Registered Manager, you’re responsible for Alina Homecares services in your local area and developing your Team. Why youll love it * Generous performance bonus scheme * 28 days holiday plus bank holidays What you’ll be doing * Acting as the CQC Registered Manager for the service * Full accountability for service quality and regulatory compliance * Leading the branch to achieve and maintain Outstanding CQC rating * Strategic planning and business development * Managing all aspects of the branch including P&L responsibility * Ensuring robust governance, audit and quality systems * Leading on safeguarding and serious incident management * Representing the company with external stakeholders * Developing and implementing policies and procedures * Leading the senior management team What you’ll need * Minimum 3 years experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy in domiciliary care * Proven track record of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings * In-depth knowledge of Health and Social Care Act, CQC regulations and best practice * Strong commercial acumen and P&L experience * Excellent leadership and change management skills * Ability to build effective external relationships * Full UK driving licence * Strategic Leadership * Regulatory Compliance * Business Development * Governance * Stakeholder Management Location Faversham, ME13 8AA Hours Full-time, typically Monday to Friday, Flexibility required including some evening/weekend as needed, On-call responsibility Requirements * Minimum 3 years experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy in domiciliary care * Proven track record of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings * In-depth knowledge of Health and Social Care Act, CQC regulations and best practice * Strong commercial acumen and P&L experience * Excellent leadership and change management skills * Ability to build effective external relationships * Full UK driving licence Ref RCM-Faversham-300626 Closes 2026-07-30 J-18808-Ljbffr
