Job description

- 12.71 per hour depending on experience
- Full-time permanent position - 40 hours per week worked including evening shifts and weekends . Temporarly Summer job only can be discussed.
- 8 hour shifts between 7am and 11pm
- Greet guests take orders and serve food and drinks.
- Answer all queries about the menu including drinks and make suggestions.
- Take ownership of guests requirements and food allergies.
- Follow Health and Safety and Food Safety procedures.
- Set up the dining areas and process charges and payments.
- Effectively communicate with all colleagues and managers.
- Handle guest queries and complaints with a calm and mature approach.
Qualifications :
- Eligible to work in the UK. No visa sponsorship required.
- Dedicated team player with strong communication skills.
- Natural passion and flair for the industry and food
- Have the ability to work unsupervised using own initiative when needed.
- Ambition to succeed at the highest levels.
- Willing to learn new things.
