Job description

We are seeking an enthusiastic, team-orientated Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team at The Rowe Vets - Wotton on a full‑time basis. Wotton‑under‑Edge Surgery and MRI Centre is situated 10 minutes from junction 14 of the M5 with easy access to Bristol. We are a friendly, supportive team working to a high clinical standard. You’ll be joining a 3‑vet busy first opinion practice, which sees a variety of interesting cases. Practice Highlights * Linked to our Neurology department * On‑site iodine therapy unit * Long standing, experienced team How You’ll Make a Difference As a Registered Veterinary Nurse, you will be an integral member of the clinical team, delivering high‑quality nursing care to patients while supporting excellent client experiences. You’ll work collaboratively with veterinary surgeons and the wider practice team, taking responsibility for the nursing care of a range of first opinion cases, contributing to clinical standards, and supporting the ongoing development of patient care within the practice. Working Pattern * Full‑time 40 hours per week * 5 days a week with 8‑hour shifts varying between 8:00 am and 7:30 pm * 1:6 weekends, at our Bradley Stoke Hospital, working Saturday and Sunday 8‑hour shifts with time off in lieu General Responsibilities * Running nurse clinics * Assisting with our feline radioactive iodine unit * Supporting MRI procedures and spinal anaesthesia * Assisting with surgical and dental procedures You Might Be a Great Fit If...
