\nWe're recruiting Secondary Supply Teachers, Cover Supervisors and Unqualified Teachers to work in a variety of friendly and supportive secondary schools across Hastings and the surrounding areas.\n

\nWhether you're an experienced teacher, an ECT, a confident Cover Supervisor or an aspiring teacher with classroom experience, we'd love to hear from you.\n
\nWe offer full-time, part-time, daily supply and long-term opportunities, giving you the flexibility to work around your lifestyle.\n

The RoleDepending on your experience, you will:\n

  • Deliver pre-planned lessons or supervise classes during teacher absence

  • Maintain a positive and productive learning environment

  • Manage classroom behaviour confidently
    • \n
  • Encourage students to stay engaged and complete set work
    • \n
  • Adapt to different school environments with professionalism
    • \n
We're Looking For\n
    \n
  • Qualified Teachers (QTS), ECTs, Cover Supervisors and Unqualified Teachers with relevant classroom experience
    • \n
  • A confident and adaptable approach
    • \n
  • Strong communication and behaviour management skills
    • \n
  • A genuine passion for working with young people
    • \n
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
    • \n
