Summary:
Rugby Borough Council is seeking an experienced Independent Living Team Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operational delivery of its Independent Living Service.This is a hands-on supervisory role responsible for managing a team of 9 Independent Living Coordinators (Housing Officers) ensuring residents receive high-quality support that promotes independence wellbeing and tenancy sustainment.This is not a project role and does not include managing your own Housing Officer caseload. The focus is on team leadership operational management staff support and maintaining service standards.
