Join Our Client's Team as a Part-Time Court Support Assistant in Warrington

Our client, a reputable organisation within the HMCTS, is hiring for a dedicated Court Support Assistant to join their team in Warrington. What you'll be doing:
\n * Undertaking administrative tasks to prepare for, facilitate, and conclude various hearings.
\n * Providing clear, helpful information to users and stakeholders via face-to-face, telephone, and written communication, including those with complex needs.
\n * Using HMCTS service scripts and knowledge articles to guide users to relevant services.
\n * Supporting users through complaints procedures, offering immediate assistance to prevent escalation, and updating case management systems.
\n * Identifying risks related to HMCTS buildings and informing the Senior Person on Site as needed.
\n * Processing case files with accuracy, ensuring secure data handling and compliance with retention policies.
\n * Managing jury service tasks such as selection, deferrals, attendance tracking, and expense processing.
\n * Assisting with scheduling and listing to optimise judicial time and respond to urgent matters.
\n * Providing judicial support, including diary management and administrative assistance.
\n * Supporting enforcement activities like financial assessments and fine collection.
\n * Contributing to health and safety procedures, including facility checks and safety governance.
What you'll bring:
\n * Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically.
\n * Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
\n * Ability to follow procedures and work efficiently under pressure.
\n * Good IT skills, including data entry and case management.
\n * A proactive approach to problem-solving and risk awareness.
\n * Flexibility to work 22 hours per week over three days, including potential Saturdays.
Ideal candidates will also have:
\n * Experience in administrative support or customer service roles.
\n * Knowledge of court or legal environments is desirable but not essential.
\n * A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data security.
