GW Social Media Manager

Were looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to grow Glasgow Warriors owned channels through innovative digital content and audience insight. Youll manage day-to-day social activity cover matches and club moments and help build stronger connections with supporters.

What you will be doing:

• Manage Glasgow Warriors day-to-day social media channels ensuring content is timely engaging and aligned to club priorities.
• Plan create and deliver innovative digital content that grows audiences and strengthens supporter engagement.
• Use audience insights and performance data to shape content strategy and improve channel performance.
• Identify emerging social media trends content opportunities and new ways to connect with supporters.
• Cover matches club activity and key moments across the season to bring the Glasgow Warriors story to life.

What were looking for:

• Experience managing social media channels for a brand organisation or sports environment.
• Strong digital content creation skills with the ability to plan and deliver engaging posts across multiple platforms.
• Confident using audience insights analytics and performance data to shape content decisions.
• Excellent written communication skills and a good understanding of tone of voice storytelling and supporter engagement.
• Ability to work flexibly including covering live matches events and club activity when required.
