Hours: Full Time (37.5 hours)
This is an important role sitting in our Development Services teams with a particular focus on Research and Consultancy. The successful candidate will maintain our data library including tracking new build developments across the country maintaining and improving the quality of data held within our Property Tracking System. They will also be involved in primary and secondary research across property use classes (particularly in the Living Sector such as residential for sale Build to Rent and Purpose-Built Student Accommodation). In addition they will contribute to external reports for clients and to Rettie publications and internal market briefings.
We are looking for a highly organised detail-focused individual who enjoys working with data research and systems. You will be confident gathering information from a range of sources building strong working relationships and ensuring records are accurate current and easy to report on.
