PSM Recruitment are seeking an experienced and motivated Dispatch Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of the busy dispatch department. The successful candidate will lead and support the dispatch team ensuring delivery targets are achieved quality standards are maintained and health & safety procedures are followed at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements:
Valid Fork Lift Truck Licence.
Previous supervisory or team leader experience within a dispatch warehouse or logistics environment.
Strong IT and numerical skills.
Excellent organisational communication and leadership abilities.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established manufacturing business and play a key role in ensuring efficient dispatch operations.
Hours are Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm and Friday 8am - 1pm
