What youll be doing
Producing and serving food directly to ourguests on the seafood bar.
Interacting with our guests and fulfilling theirexperience on the bar.
Running your section efficiently andconsistently during service
Preparing and cooking dishes to specificationand brand standards
Working with fresh high-quality ingredientswith a focus on seafood
Supporting and mentoring Commis Chefs and juniorteam members
Maintaining excellent food safety hygiene andcleanliness standards
Assisting with stock control ordering andminimising waste
Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Cheftodevelop new dishesand ensureasmooth service
What were looking for
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie orstrong Demi Chef ready to step up
A passion for food and attention to detail
Ability to work calmly under pressure in a busykitchenand bar restaurant
Greatorganisational skills and pride inyour section
Ability to communicate with our guests
Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen bestpractices
A positive reliable team player with a strongwork ethic
