The Team
Our Financial Lines Insurance team specialises in the defence of professional indemnity claims across a broad spectrum of sectors acting for global consultants insurers and their policyholders. The team handles a diverse portfolio of work with a focus on complex and high value claims against professionals in the construction accountancy and financial services sectors. The team also regularly advises on policy coverage and litigates policy coverage disputes. We are known for combining technical excellence with a commercial solutions-focused approach supporting clients through complex and often reputationally sensitive disputes.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join our Financial Lines insurance in Edinburgh. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded practice ranked in both Chambers and the Legal 500 Directories. advising insurers and professionals on complex high-value and often multi-jurisdictional disputes.
You will work as part of a collaborative team defending claims against a wide range of professionals while also contributing to the continued growth and strategic development of the practice in Scotland and beyond. We work as a core part of a national team and there will be regular opportunities to collaborate with colleagues in our offices in London and the English regions.
