Senior Programme Manager Real Estate

As a Senior Programme Manager you will provide end-to-end leadership across the programme lifecycle while also intervening at critical points where specialist expertise or recovery leadership is required. You will be a trusted partner and critical friend ensuring stakeholder engagement and communication is at the heart of programme success.

Key Responsibilities

• Programme Delivery: Lead the successful execution of small to medium scale transformation/real estate programmes and own execution of functions/elements of large-scale programmes ensuring measurable benefits.
• Leadership & Vision: Establish and drive the direction of the programme empowering and inspiring teams to achieve success.
• Industry Expertise: Apply industry best practice programme management methodologies preferably in a real estate environment.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Operate across middle management and senior levels engaging client-side senior managers suppliers and other stakeholders.
• People Management: Act as a first-class people manager nurturing both internal talent and client teams.
• Commission Management: Ensure compliance with governance and risk management requirements instilling confidence in senior managers.
• Financial Oversight: Develop a robust financial management process ensuring transparent and effective reporting.
• Health & Safety: Establish measures to proactively manage programme-wide health and safety risks ensuring successful safeguards are in place.

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Strong and current understanding of portfolio/programme management requirements and how it relates to real estate
• Proven ability to work in relevant portfolio/programme management process and systems
• Awareness/experience of variety of methods of procurement and forms of contract
• Excellent communication skills in person and written
• Degree / Postgraduate qualified in a relevant field
• Professional membership desirable
