YOUR ROLE
You are the first point of contact for our customers friendly professional and passionate about sales and service
You impress with tailored offers and make every customer interaction a special experience
You handle rental agreements and customer inquiries organised service-oriented and always with a smile
As part of a dynamic branch environment You will confirm any damage with customers ensuring they sign the necessary documents and notify the Branch Manager
Youll assist in refuelling vehicles supporting efficient branch operations while representing the premium SIXT brand
Youll manage vehicle deliveries and collections between branches ensuring timely service
Youll support in preparing cleaning and valeting vehicles to maintain the highest standards for our customers
YOUR SKILLS
Sales Mindset You love sales and are passionate about service and customer support
Custumer Focus You have experience in direct customer contact ideally in service tourism or sales
Communication You are communicative and articulate in English
Flexibility You are flexible team-oriented and bring full energy to shift work including weekends and holidays
Driving Experience You hold a valid drivers licence with at least 12 months of driving experience
