Security System Analyst (LenelMilestone)

What Youll Be Doing

• Own incidents end-to-end from logging through to closure
• Triage and diagnose faults across physical security systems infrastructure and hardware
• Perform remote troubleshooting across Lenel OnGuard and Milestone environments
• Resolve issues in-house wherever possible reducing external engineer dependency
• Coordinate third-party engineers with clear diagnostics and defined scope when required to ensure we minimise volume of call outs per ticket query
• Maintain accurate ticketing documentation and system data quality
• Support system administration (patching upgrades firmware new site onboarding)
• Contribute to a global support model including on-call as services expand

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For

• Proven experience supporting enterprise-scale physical security systems
• Excellent technical capability in:
  • Lenel OnGuard (essential)
  • Milestone or similar VMS platforms
• Experience in incident management ticket triage and technical troubleshooting
• Ability to diagnose issues quickly and take full ownership through to resolution
• Detail-oriented with robust organisational and documentation skills

Desirable:

• Lenel certification
• Networking fundamentals (IP switches connectivity troubleshooting)
• ITIL or structured service management experience
