GCSE Performance Tracking: Guide Year 11 cohorts systematically through the demands of terminal Foundation and Higher tier GCSE papers, utilizing formative test data to eliminate deep-seated scientific misconceptions and maximize grade retention. Inclusive Pastoral Support: Fulfil full form tutor responsibilities within an established year group structure, supporting pupil wellbeing, managing daily registration routines, and maintaining proactive, positive communication with families. PROFILE REQUIREMENTS Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised equivalent teaching credential, paired with a strong honours degree in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or a closely related quantitative scientific discipline.
