Key Responsibilities Teach Business Studies across KS4 and KS5, delivering engaging lessons that cover enterprise, marketing, finance, and human resource models. Prepare students thoroughly for external examinations across GCSE, A-Level, and vocational pathways (BTEC). Plan, resource, and execute highly structured lessons that cater to a diverse range of student learning styles and abilities. Collaborate with department colleagues to enrich the business curriculum with real-world corporate case studies and enterprise initiatives. Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognized equivalent UK teaching qualification. A relevant undergraduate degree in Business Studies, Management, Finance, or a related discipline. Experience delivering the UK Business curriculum at secondary or sixth-form level. A strong commitment to student progress, inclusive practice, and high standards of classroom management.
