You will also execute minor building repairs, including basic plumbing fixes, painting, minor carpentry, and patch maintenance, alongside conducting critical safety checks such as water temperature monitoring and fire door assessments. You will maintain clear and professional communication with the Site Manager, school staff, and external contractors, responding efficiently to maintenance requests logged via the school’s digital helpdesk tracking system. Strong time-management skills are required to balance reactive porterage tasks with routine building compliance checks.
