Burnley area with some travel across North West | £45K-£47K | Full Time
ALF are proud to be working with an excellent organisation based in the Burnley area who are looking for a HR Business Partner who enjoys influencing business decisions rather than advising them. Youll work closely with Senior Leaders across a diverse organisation, helping to shape people strategy, support organisational change and drive business performance.
This position will be based around the Burnley area with some travel across Manchester and Lancaster. There will be some flexibility in the working arrangements but no set structure it will all be diary dependent.
