As a Patient Co-ordinator, you'll be the first person they speak to.
You'll listen, guide, reassure and help patients access the right healthcare professional or service. It's a role where your communication skills, empathy and ability to stay calm under pressure can genuinely make a difference to someone's day.
No healthcare experience? No problem.
We can teach you the systems. We can teach you the processes. You will already have developed transferrable skills and qualities in your career to date.
