Non-Motor Personal Injury Case Handler

TSR Legal is delighted to be working with a leading national law firm that is seeking a skilled Non-Motor Personal Injury Case Handler to join its established claimant personal injury team in Bristol.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal or Case Handler looking to manage their own caseload of Employer's Liability and Public Liability claims within a supportive and highly regarded legal practice.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of claimant personal injury matters, handling claims valued up to £25,000 through both the MoJ Portal and non-Portal processes, from pre-litigation through to settlement or litigation where appropriate.
