Our client is a well-established and ambitious professional services firm, seeking an Accounts & Tax Manager to join their Barnstaple office. This is a senior role managing a portfolio of clients while overseeing the delivery of high-quality accounting and tax services. The position also involves leading and developing a team, with a strong focus on client relationships, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement. The Role You will take responsibility for managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring the timely delivery of year-end accounts, tax returns, and financial statements, while maintaining strong client relationships and high professional standards. You will also play a key role in supervising and developing junior staff and supporting the smooth running of the accounts function.
