Chef de Partie 2 Michelin Stars
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join a flagship restaurant at the forefront of the industry, under the stewardship of a talented Executive Chef and Founder.
As a Chef de Partie, youll support the overall running of the kitchen, overseeing the MEP and service of an innovative, technical tasting menu using the highest-quality ingredients.
The restaurant currently holds 2 Michelin Stars and remains ambitious.
The Person
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or at a similar level within 1-2 Michelin-star standard restaurants is essential for this role. Your organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail will be vital in maintaining excellence. Proficient training in Food Safety, Health & Safety and HACCP.
Availability to work a mixture of shifts and hours throughout the week.
