TSR Legal is delighted to be working with a leading insurance and professional indemnity practice that is looking to appoint a skilled Technical Claims Handler to join its growing Bristol-based team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a claims professional to manage a varied and technically challenging caseload of professional indemnity claims while working closely with leading insurers, brokers, and legal professionals. The role offers genuine career progression, a collaborative working environment, and the opportunity to play a key part in delivering an exceptional claims service.
The Opportunity
As a Technical Claims Handler, you will manage a portfolio of professional indemnity claims from first notification through to resolution. Working under delegated authority, you will investigate claims, assess liability, policy coverage, and quantum, while ensuring excellent service delivery to insurers, brokers, and policyholders.
You will also support the wider team through mentoring, technical guidance, and maintaining the highest standards of claims handling.
