Duration: Permanent

Hours: Full Time (37 hours per week)

What Youll be doing:

  • Work on product performance and process
  • Reporting and analysis tasks
  • Tech support for customers
  • Support innovation for engineering tasks
  • Perform root cause and corrective action as required
  • Support Manufacturing cells and engineering tasks as required
  • Design for Manufacturability (DFM) NPI and Manufacturing Process tasks
  • KPIs/metrics/data as required


Your Skills:

  • Minimum HND or degree in a related subject e.g. STEM Production or Manufacturing Engineering.
  • Knowledge/experience of electronics Manufacturing
  • Process improvement/efficiency/lean manufacturing
  • Can lead / participate in process FMEA Control Plan Process flow development review and risk mitigation processes
  • Experience of various Manufacturing platforms
  • Technical presentation skills
  • Ideally have worked for an Engineering Manufacturing or Defence company
  • Communication to all levels of the organisation
  • Can work as a team player independently and challenge status quo as required

Work Culture

  • 37hr working week although hours may vary depending on role job requirement or site-specific arrangements.

For this role the successful hire will need to be a permanent UK resident and successfully complete a baseline (BPSS) security and background check.
