We're looking for an experienced and commercially minded Regional HR Business Partner to join our UK & Ireland team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious HR professional who thrives in fast-paced, operational environments and wants to influence people strategy across a diverse portfolio of venues and events.

Supporting a large, diverse workforce across a portfolio of iconic venues and events, you'll play a critical role in driving performance, enabling growth, and ensuring our people are equipped to deliver extraordinary guest and fan experiences.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and deliver people strategies that support business growth and operational excellence.
  • Lead workforce planning initiatives, ensuring we have the right people, skills and capabilities to meet fluctuating event demand.
  • Support the recruitment, retention, engagement and development of both permanent and casual workforces.
  • Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters, organisational change and people risk.
  • Drive talent management, succession planning and performance initiatives across the region.
  • Champion Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, engagement, recognition and wellbeing programmes.
  • Use HR analytics and workforce data to influence decision-making, improve productivity and optimise labour costs.
  • Support business development activities, mobilisations and people transitions for new and existing contracts.
  • Coach and develop managers, helping them build high-performing and engaged teams.
  • Collaborate closely with HR Centres of Excellence and wider HR teams to deliver a seamless people experience.

What You Bring:

  • CIPD qualification, degree-level education or equivalent HR experience.
  • Significant HR Business Partner or senior HR generalist experience.
  • Proven experience supporting large-scale casual, seasonal or contingent workforces.
  • Strong knowledge across employee relations, talent management, succession planning, organisational development, reward and change management.
  • Experience working within complex, multi-site operational environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, coaching and influencing skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to use people data to drive business outcomes.
  • Confidence operating within a matrix organisation and managing competing priorities.
  • The ability to build trusted relationships with leaders, clients and colleagues at all levels.
  • Experience within hospitality, events, leisure, sports, retail or other customer-facing operational environments.
  • Exposure to the live events industry.
